My Readathon Stack…

deweys-readathonbuttonWe have a family function on the Readathon weekend but I didn’t know whether the date was 24th or 25th. Now I know it’s 25th, yay. It’s a 2 day function so we’ll be going out of the city for 2 days but we’ll leave on 25th morning. So I still have 12 hours to participate in the Readathon.

I wanted to post a photo of my book stack because I love seeing everyone else’s pics, but my pile of books would have looked ridiculously small, so you get me with my books too ๐Ÿ™‚

The book in the center is Everafter by Amy Huntley, its YA and it doesn’t look that huge, so I will probably be finishing it. Since I only have 12 hours I am not being too harsh on myself. I have added Stitches, a graphic memoir, which Stacy sent me. Thanks Stacy ๐Ÿ™‚

And the left most book is Igraine the Brave by Cornelia Funke. I may or may not read it. I’m also planning to read a short story or two from 20th Century Ghosts if I find the book. I don’t remember where I kept it.

Anyway, so this is it for now. There may or may not be any additions to it.

  1. You’re so cute with your books! LOVE your hair! If you’re reading a short story or two from 20th Century Ghosts, my faves were the title one, “Pop Art,” and “The Black Phone.” I’ve heard great things about Stitches!!! And Everafter sounds like fun. ๐Ÿ™‚

  2. Ooh, good collection. I’m so excited about this readathon – I won’t be taking part but I’ll be observing everyone’s progress. With the last one, I was only following one blogger who was taking part and loved hearing about hers. So many people this time around – and I can’t wait to hear yours. ๐Ÿ˜€

  3. With only twelve hours to participate it’s great that you kept your stack so small. Happy reading and good luck during the read-a-thon. I’ll be cheering you on.
